Returns and Refunds

Returns

Our 7-day return policy allows for exchanges in the case of defective products only.

All products undergo a thorough inspection process to ensure quality before they are prepared for delivery. However, if you believe you have received a defective product, please email us at Hello@verveclub.co within 7 days of the delivery date with the subject 'Exchange'. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, unwashed, unaltered and with the tag attached.

Our dedicated customer support team will guide you through the retun process and provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace a damaged product with the same item and size, we may offer a refund as a solution.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our goal is to provide a positive customer experience and resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

Payment Methods

Our accepted modes of payment are by Credit and Debit card. Alternatively, you have the option of using our quick checkout feature that is compatible with Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

While customary bank transfers and PayNow are not within our accepted modes of payment, please feel free to drop an email to Hello@verveclub.co and we can explore other options on a case-by-case basis.

Sizing Information

Sizing charts are provided in the Size Guide page.

Alternatively, we may also provide the model's details such as Height, Weight and corresponding Clothing Size in the product's description box for your reference.

We sincerely apologize if we are unable to cater to your specific shirt size at the moment. We understand the importance of the perfect fit and appreciate your patience as we strive to provide a more inclusive and diverse range of sizes in the future.

I can't find a product

To explore the items presently available in our catalog, simply select the "SHOP" menu. Alternatively, you have browse our collections via the "COLLECTIONS" Menu.

If you do not see the product on our website, it means that it is not currently for sale and we cannot assure you that it will be available again.

We recommend signing up for our email newsletter to stay informed about the availability of a specific product when it returns to stock.

Shipping

We're thrilled that you've chosen to shop with us. As part of our commitment to providing you with the finest products, we're currently operating on a preorder basis. This ensures that each item you receive meets our stringent quality standards.

However, please note that due to this approach, your eagerly awaited orders would roughly take about 2 to 3 weeks before it arrives at your doorstep.

We understand that waiting can be a bit challenging, and for this, we sincerely apologize. But please rest assured that we will be diligently monitoring your orders throughout these periods. We'll keep you informed at every step of the way, providing you with timely updates on the progress of your order.

Free Shipping on All Local Orders

Also, we want to emphasise that there will be no shipping charges for ALL local delivery. However, we do provide the option for expedited delivery at $8, ensuring your order reaches you within a single day from the time of purchase.
