Returns

Our 7-day return policy allows for exchanges in the case of defective products only.

All products undergo a thorough inspection process to ensure quality before they are prepared for delivery. However, if you believe you have received a defective product, please DM us on either IG & TikTok (@verve_club_) within 7 days of the order date with the subject 'Exchange'. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, unwashed, unaltered and with the tag attached.

Our dedicated customer support team will guide you through the retun process and provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace a damaged product with the same item and size, we may offer a refund as a solution.
